Short version: we only collect what you type into a form, we use it only to help you with real estate, and we don't sell it or track you around the web.

Who we are
predatorridgegolfhomes.ca is operated by Sean Phillips, REALTOR®, with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty, Vernon, BC. Sean is responsible for personal information collected through this site. Contact: chaletsean@gmail.com or 778‑363‑0542.
We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Forms (listing alerts, home value requests, the buyer-guide download and contact): your name, email, optionally your phone number, and whatever details you choose to give, such as price range, property type, timeline, property address or a message.
- Honeypot field: a hidden field that helps filter spam bots. It collects nothing from real visitors.
- Games and tools: quizzes, calculators and the scorecard run entirely in your browser. Scorecard data lives only in the page's web address after the
#symbol, and we never receive it. - Weather tool: your browser requests forecast and air-quality data from Open-Meteo for the golf course's fixed coordinates. We don't send your location. Open-Meteo may log technical data such as IP addresses. See Open-Meteo's terms and privacy information.
- Hosting logs: our host (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
- to respond to your request: send listings, prepare a home value opinion, email the guide or answer your message
- to follow up about real estate services you asked about
- to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements for real estate licensees
By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted by Sean about real estate. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which delivers them to Sean by email. Formspree may store submissions on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where they may be subject to foreign laws. Email is handled by Google (Gmail). We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted account access.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask how it's been used. Email chaletsean@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for B.C. or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Independence
This is an independent site. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Predator Ridge Resort or its golf courses, and we don't share information with the resort.
